I keep going back and forth in my mind on Frogger. It's a central part of that episode, but it is never shown on screen, and the cabinet itself only appears to mimic a legitimate cabinet in that it has woodgrain paneling.

Halt and Catch Fire S3E06 "And She Was" has a plotline where Mackenzie Davis and Scoot McNairy play through all of the original Super Mario Bros. There's probably other games that crop up in the show but that's the one that comes to mind
If memory serves me right, in Big Bang Theory they showed a few games, but the one that stuck on my mind was when they played Wii Sports. Again, they may have shown other games too, but right now I can only remember that one.
