1 Game, 1 Song
I pick 1 song per game to showcase. Sometimes it might be what I think is the best song in the game, other times it's just my favorite song. Includes DLCs if they're separate campaigns. I might also cheat a little bit with remakes/ remasters.
242 Games
Ending. An absolute classic.
Tim 1 Windows 95 version I guess?
I didn't grow up with this game, but I gew up with the soundtrack, with lots of small YouTubers often borrowing from it. One of the best soundtracks out there. It's a safe choice, but I'm going with Forest Maze.
Main Theme. Just plain, simple, silliness.
Very difficult choice, but I'm going with the basic answer of Dracula's Castle. This one just hypes me up.
Toasty. Several good options, though.
They finally made Cortex's Theme good.
Hard to say with this one because most if not all of it is licensed rock/metal music (including Metallica™©®), so I guess I'll go with what is apparently(???) Carpe Diem Baby.
Magma Cones. This song just screams "You're playing Spyro 2 right now."
The Hub. I guess YouTube recently nuked this game's OST. :(
A few really good ones in this game, but I think the remix of Dingodile's Theme is the best one.
Area 1. Unsurprisingly, this also serves as the same exact OST for Elevator Action on GameBoy Color.
Level 1. Somehow an amazing soundtrack.
I love Ace of Spades, but Blitzkrieg Bop is the one that comes to mind when I think of this game.
Ski Lift. A surprisingly decent OST, give it a listen if you havent heard of it.
Red Beard's Ghost. Cheesy as hell, but perfectly fits Scooby-Doo.
Tons of good songs in this one, but I remember listening to Drunken Lullabies the most.
Snowboard Race. Lots of right answers in this OST though.
Le Wahi Treetops. A very movie score-esque soundtrack.
It's called a road, it's called a Rainbow Road
I'm very sorry "What I'm Made Of" enjoyers, but I'm loyal to Mystic Mansion.
Paris, as it sort of becomes the theme of the series.
