i love this list too much not to comment but, Central Heaven from Neon White is also a floating island (as sighted from the Glass Port)

The people from Ys Origin originally come from Solomon Temple (which floats), but I'm not sure if you want to include that. I am pretty sure that Ys II takes place on a floating island.
I think Cave Story takes place on a floating island but it has been a while.
