Metacritic designates a game as "Must-Play" when it achieves a Metascore of 90 or higher and has been reviewed by a minimum of 15 publications.

Re-releases that received a Metacritic Must-Play are mentioned under the original game unless the original did not receive a Metacritic Must-Play then the re-release would be featured.

Same thing with FF7 but for the Dreamcast version of this.

Did want to note one thing though: Marvel VS Capcom 2 still has a Must-Play Tag on there via the Dreamcast release - the site has it if you wanted to double check.
